High Protein Snacks – Quick List


One question I get asked about a lot, and something I have looked for frequently….. good and EASY high protein snacks.  There are tons of different high protein snack recipes, but 99% of the time I just want something fast, easy, and healthy.  For some strange reason, whenever I would do a search for high protein snacks, I would always stumble upon a blog post that had recipe after recipe of multiple ingredients that needed to be prepared.  THAT’S NOT WHAT I WANT!….and I get the idea that’s not what most of you want either.  So here is a quick and easy list of high protein snacks that you can just “grab and go.”

 

 

  • Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  • Beef Jerky
  • Shakeology
  • Almonds
  • Hard Boiled Egg
  • Low Fat String Cheese
  • Protein Bar
  • Protein Shake
  • Mixed Nuts
  • Turkey Jerky
  • Cashews
  • Peanut Butter/celery
  • Cottage Cheese and Fruit
  • Deli Meat
  • Edamame
