Got my Shakeology sample, Now what?

Okay, so you have your sample of Shakeology…..now what do you do with it?  How do you make it?  What’s in it?

I prefer to make it in a blender with ice. Especially if you are using it as a meal replacement.  Making it with ice makes it thicker and more filling.  I like to make it REALLY thick and usually fill the blender half way with ice.  Then, add my Shakeology and any other ingredients.  If you just want a quick shake, put it in a cup or shaker cup with some milk (lower the fat, the better), almond milk, or water….and mix.

You can use it as a snack or meal replacement.  If using as a meal replacement I like to use a recipe that has more calories (300-500).  One of the great things about Shakeology is it’s so nutrient dense and low calorie, which makes it very versatile.  You can add  healthy ingredients without the fear of adding too many calories.  Many people make the mistake of  thinking they need to drink it alone with water to keep the calories low.  Thats fine if using it as a snack or supplement…BUT, if you are using it to replace a meal, I recommend adding a few things (milk, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc…) to make sure you are getting enough calories per meal.

If you want to give it a try and are ready to order.

I have a special offer for friends, family, and team members ONLY!
